Our Staff and Board of Directors are committed to standing with the Black Lives Matter movement. We find that theater is a conduit to social justice reform.

Our Board and Staff are currently reviewing and reflecting on policies and past-practices in our Board Rooms, Office Spaces, Schools and Rehearsal Spaces to help us move forward.

We are working through We See You W.A.T, a collective set up through BIPOC theater makers in the legacy of August Wilson's "On The Ground On Which I Stand" to help combat racism in the American theater.
